This isn't your average Sunday workout, it's a day designed to help you move, reset and connect.

Start your day with a fun Padel session (all levels welcome!) followed by a restorative Pilates flow to stretch, strengthen and centre your body.

Unwind and refuel with iced coffees, matcha lattes and light refreshments.

Whether you're looking to try something new, focus on your wellbeing, or simply enjoy a positive day surrounded by good energy, this event is for you.
